What is Mindful Self-Compassion?

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) combines the skills of mindfulness and

self-compassion to enhance our capactiy for emotional well-being. 

Learning MSC teaches us how to treat ourselves as we would treat a dear friend.

How do I learn Mindful Self-Compassion?

Mindful Self-Compassion training is offered in a variety of formats

Currently all courses are being offered Live OnLine

  • 8 week course 

  • 2 day core skills workshop

  • 6 week Short Course in Mindful Self-Compassion

  • 6 week Self-Compassion Training for Healthcare Communities

  • Live online (10 weeks)

Mindful Self-Compassion based trainings can be customized for your

individual and/or organizational needs.
